Going from a ‘four mower operation’ to a company that has a fleet of over a hundred vehicles and large pieces of construction equipment requires people that really understand how machines work and that’s where Marty fits in. 

With almost two decades as a union mechanic for a large car dealer in Chicago, Marty makes sure Kinsella’s whole fleet of equipment is running like it should and lasts longer than expected. 

With two young sons in their early teens Marty and his wife Sue find themselves spending a lot of time on football and baseball fields.
