Another of Kinsella’s long term employees, Neal provides the guidance and supervision for the downtown maintenance accounts.  Scheduling, staff education and site supervision are part of Neal’s daily duties.  Neal boasts several professional pesticide licenses as well.

His steady demeanor and ability to stay on-task are the assets that guide the workforce into consistently producing high quality results on commercial sites.  Neal’s experience of nearly thirty years has proven to be invaluable on countless occasions.

In addition to work duties Neal is a master puppeteer and does traveling puppet theatre with his family.
