Starting off as one of Kinsella’s first rate crew foreman, Guillermo quickly worked his way into construction supervisor status.  He manages first-class installations with an outstanding eye for distinction and great mentoring capacity.  Guillermo has been an intricate part of numerous ILCA Awards over the years, and believes in treating each client as a part of our extended family.

Outside of the extended Kinsella family, Guillermo loves spending time with the two most important women in his life; his lovely wife and beautiful daughter.
