Kim provides Kinsella not only with a degree in Fine Arts but also a horticulture degree in Applied Science.  Initially with the Design Department, Kim earned an ILCA Gold award in 2009 for her design of a Clarendon Hills residence. 

Kim matriculated from design to be Kinsella’s full time Purchaser and now applies her organizational skills to that task.  Kim provides oversight of all material quality, pricing and makes sure that deliveries to job sites are timely and complete.  If that isn’t enough she also finds time to make occasional programming and IT adjustments. 

Although no longer designing, her work has also been featured nationally in magazines. She currently resides in Tinley Park with her cats, West Side Joe and Snorkel, as well as her dogs, Buster and Ellie.  

There is always a heavy demand for mediocrity. In every generation the least cultivated taste has the largest appetite.
